Repair Terms and Conditions

Authorisation for Repair
By submitting a device for inspection or repair, the customer authorises The Mobile Store (“the Service Provider”) to undertake any actions deemed reasonably necessary to diagnose, service, or repair the device. -
Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for:-
Any loss of data, or failure of components (including components not directly involved in the repair process); or

Any loss of profit, revenue, or other direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising during or after the provision of services.

Warranty Coverage
Repairs performed by the Service Provider are covered by a limited 180-day warranty applicable only to parts replaced or repaired. This warranty does not extend to:-
Devices that have sustained water or liquid damage; or
-
Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, subsequent repairs, or modifications by third parties.

Customer Data and Backup
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all data is backed up prior to service. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, corruption, or compromise of data. -
Acceptance of Terms
Submission of a device for service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
