Phone repairs have never been easier. Simply book online and we'll collect your device from your home or workplace, repair it using premium-quality parts, and deliver it back to you. Fast, convenient, hassle-free—and backed by a 6-month warranty.
Cancellation Policy
Pick-Up & Drop-Off Booking Policy Our Pick-Up & Drop-Off service makes repairing your device quick and convenient. Service Area Available in selected suburbs. A service fee applies and varies depending on your location. We'll confirm the fee when your booking is made. Booking Book online or by phone. Provide your contact details, address, device model, and repair issue. A person aged 18+ must be available for collection and delivery. A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking and is credited towards your repair. If you choose not to proceed after inspection, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers collection and assessment costs. Repairs Your device will be inspected before repairs begin. If additional issues are found or the repair price changes, we'll contact you for approval before proceeding. No extra work will be completed without your consent. Payment & Return Full payment is required before your device is returned. Your $50 deposit is deducted from the final repair cost. Same-day return is available for many repairs but depends on parts availability and repair complexity. Cancellations Please provide at least 2 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed collections or cancellations after collection may result in the $50 deposit being forfeited. Warranty & Liability Eligible repairs include a 6-month warranty covering replacement parts and workmanship. Customers are responsible for backing up their data before repair. The Mobile Store is not liable for data loss and reserves the right to refuse repairs where ownership cannot be verified or a repair is not commercially or technically viable.
